All that glitters is not gold. All that’s labelled something, does not necessarily embody it. Not all the therapists, healers and leaders are quite what they claim to be.

Watch out for the gap - between what they claim, what they say - and how they actually behave. Are they really living in integrity, love and presence?

So many words people use to describe their work and selves. So easy to offer an answer to others. So easy to use fashionable words like spiritual, transformational, embodiment, trauma, expert etc —- but how deep really are they?

It’s not that people need to be perfect. Not that. We are all vulnerable and messy. We are most of us doing our best despite many challenges. But do look out for the qualities of real kindness, clarity and perception in those you entrust with your soul.
