Dealing with challenge.
.
Today I found myself struggling to deal with a something difficult. I felt a bit overwhelmed and a bit rejected and a bit unsure…
.
I felt inwardly and silently towards an answer, towards the right way to be, in the face of this challenge.
.
To my surprise the answer, the right response, was a deepening alignment. A a subtle raising of my head internally, in line with my chest and pelvis. Aligned.
.
My worry disappeared, as this instinctually intelligent response took root. I noticed a subtle change in my companions behaviour towards me.
.
I am aligned. Physically and energetically.
.
All can flow. I trust in myself and in the beyond to which I’m connected. Gratitude. .
